Another thing about XG is for all but 1 (Maya) of the members.. English is their 3rd language. That being said it's impressive that they can Rap in English this well as it is. Their 1st/native language is Japanese and Korean is their 2nd language.

Harvey was talking to the haters that hate her voice and she gave a shout out to Drake. It's sort a collaborative effort ... the "main rap coordinator" of the team is called DayDay, and from what I've got the girls are part of the team, discuss the content and give input but are not the main writers. That being said, for the track "Show You Can", Maya and Cocona do have credits for writing the lyrics. As for Harvey, I have that personal theory (mind you, this is just guesswork) that whenever she refers to herself in a track with her real first name Amy (say hello to Amy Janet Harvey), she was more involved in the process ... like here and also in Tape #1. As for the general discussion, I agree with you ... I mean, what are those "it's only real when wrote it yourself" guys say to artists like Placido Domingo, who is literally only performing songs whose writers are dead since two centuries or so ^^.

Pretty sure thier team writes these with thier input.
