Tesla's Racist & Toxic Work Culture Exposed

Mistreated people get labeled thin skinned or sensitive when in reality it's injustice and morally wrong ....

As a former employee, it is very true that there's a lot of harassment, favoritism, racism, etc at Tesla, they really don't care if you got injured they want you to suck it up & keep working.

I work for an American based multinational company that is located in Canada. Racism is rampant here but corporation doesn’t want to deal with it. They run all these training programmes about racism but is more then willing to sweep it under the rug. Even the union doesn’t want to deal with it.

Then when the guy snaps and shows up to work with an AR everyone is shocked.

We speak about slavery and it’s “it was an involuntary immigration not slavery” We speak about racism, and it’s “you need thick skin/it’s just a word/ you say it, why can’t I?/ it was hundreds of years ago, get over it” We say confront, educate, and it’s “let’s make it illegal to offend our ensibilities, and give our children psychological issues” We protest, and it’s “bomb buildings/schools/malls/churches shootings/rig elections/ storm the capital and attempt a coup” …. and we are the ones who need to thick skin?

HR is never for the employees. It's there to protect the employer only.

Always secretly record your conversions with some people. Even if recording them is illegal, it always helps. Never be stupid enough to tell them you are recording them.

I worked at tesla before. I had to deal with so much bs.

I worked at the Tesla Gigafactory & was called the N word & heard many distasteful comments about black people. When i brought it to Hr they incriminated me by any means & turned it on me, i was fired.

This is why all business now days have cameras and microphones everywhere.

Hundreds of complaints but not one recording or any evidence....🤔

I was assaulted and battered by a coworker at Tesla. I looked him in the eye and told him to not touch me, and I said to another coworker that I would defend myself if the assailant (named Anthony Valor) came near me again. Security approached me first and escorted me from the building. I was fired for "inciting violence" after being attacked for saying I would defend myself. I had no recourse, and I am now struggling to find a job. I moved to Nevada to work at Tesla and I may be homeless if I do not find work very soon.

The fact that this is an add makes it a little suspect.

I bet shit like this goes on in every billion dollar corporations especially in the manufacturing industry .

People get triggered by the word “racist” but we (black people) are not delusional. We don’t live our lives projecting imagined racism. People generally dismiss our experiences but luckily we understand each other. You might not care about racial slurs in the workplace but we do.

He was leaving out that th people calling him the n-word were black people

This is in a lot of business’s and if a chair was thrown and hit me, though hahaha 🙏🏾Jesus be with you.

If people are nasty in the working place is not the owner’s fault ! You compare Weinstein with him ? That is disgusting comparison 😡😡😡
