This is my grandmother, Eva Katherine Springs Tolley, also known as Nana, recounting memories of how her mother and father fed their family of ten and how they lived.

This was filmed in 2009 by my aunt Donna Corriher for an advanced folklore class at Appalachian State University. Sadly three years later, my grandmother passed away. Rest In Peace Nana.
