"thank you to my father for not cutting my wings and letting me fly" it's the best part, I'd loved it.

"I do not share my story because it's unique, I share my story because it is the story of many girls out there " Malala

I’m 11 and I will stay in school and become a lawyer to help Malala she is my inspiration and my example to follow I know I’m not from Pakistan 🇵🇰 or from India 🇮🇳 or from Africa I’m from Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 but i believe that girls have to go to school 🏫 and thank you Malala for making a huge change in this world

It is insane how old she sounds versus how old she is. She has the ability so communicate so clearly and earnestly, this is a trait which is rare in 90% of adults much less other girls who are 17.  This is a person who will be remembered.

I am a 32 year old law enforcement officer with 10 years experience in the military. I have never had a hero in my life, and never saw the point. The people I most admired were always soldiers, generals, and "great men" of history. But I have a hero now. Malala is my hero. She is a shining beacon in a dark world.
  • “Why is it so easy to build tanks, but to build schools, is so hard?” So very profound and so very true even to this day.

Malala. :') The girl who fought for her rights. :') Humanity will never be lost as long as we have a few 'Malala's on Earth.

I love how proud her dad is, and it looks like this fight she is taking on is a piece of him. Listen only to her voice, and none of the comments politicians made/make on her behalf. She is saying what she means, and needs no assistance in voicing her opinion. Just seeing how strong she is since the videos of her being a scared girl in Pakistan, and now she is completely certain and comfortable in her opinion and what she believes in is so impressive and beautiful. The smile on her dads face says it all.
  • This amazing person Malala will one day be Prime Minister of Pakistan.... or the first foreign born person becoming Prime Minister of the UK.

It says something about America when most of our youths hate going to school, loathe it really. Then this young lady is fighting for education so hard that when she gets shot in the face, she survives, and continues to advocate for education. My generation could learn a lot from her, and we're the same age.

"Why is it a powerful country finds it so easy to make war, but so hard to make peace?" ~ Malala

Am I the only one who cried? Yes? Okay. She's so inspirational and definitely my role model.
