Charging Stations Coming to ETS2

hopefully one day we can own these amazing electric trucks without driving it through quick job in the game

Finally, what all ets2 players have been waiting for since the realease of the electric trucks! It would be a nice challenge to drive a special type of truck in the simulator. Driving these trucks is challenging because you have to save energy during roadtrips. Nice video Vutomy!!

the solution is relatively simple.. Most of the gas stations have 2-3 formats, adjust the bigger stations and add charging...

I won't be needing them. But still a nice addon

Maybe they could add charging stations periodically in some countries first, then in others, until SCS adds them to all countries. Something like “if you want to own an electric truck, you must stay in Germany and Austria for now. Further you will be able to go to the East or South, until we finish it”. If you run out of energy, you pay (an expensive price) to be taken to the closest existent charging station (then the game takes you back to where you should stay in). This way the players would enjoy this new feature and the company would focus the job on certain countries at each time, instead of trying to cover the whole map at once to release as soon as possible

Those 2 EV trucks are bad. Yes, it's something interisting, but not useful. They accelerate well up to 30 km/h, after that the acceleration is terrible.

I've been playing ETS2 for about a year now and I'm already bored. SCS takes far too long for game updates and new maps, and in that time the players have already lost interest. Nobody waits 2 years for a map update. Third-party providers like ProMods have probably already finished 10 other countries in the half time The game engine is old school, and there are more important things to do than charging stations and e-trucks. more cities and side roads, you mostly just drive on motorways. You can hardly drive through the cities because 99% of the roads are blocked with XXXXX, so why are the cities even being expanded? There are no sights, such as the Eiffel Tower or the canals in Venice. Most of the cities look the same. The company yards are usually right next to the motorways. Not to mention the really badly programmed AI traffic.

Maybe at Truck Dealers, Service Stations, Garages you can buy and maybe some of the major petrol stations (e.g. Motorway petrol stations)
