2 tablespoons sugar.
8 g dry yeast.
2 medium eggs.
500 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt
20 ml vegetable oil.
For a golden brown crust:
1 egg + milk.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes.
