Hey Alex, as I said in a previous video, big fan. Just a small suggestion: maybe play with bigger time control (10 minutes), not because you can't finish your opponents in time (you obviously can), but because I really enjoy you going over the lines and my endgame really, REALLY sucks so watching your thought process there would help me a lot and you often have to rush because you spent all the clock on the opening and middle game (which I love, I just wanted to hear your thoughts on the endgame as well).

Your laid back style and throwing in the funny references here and there make you my favorite chess content creator. With Jobava London videos i am able to beat much higher rated opponents, getting allegations of sandbagging and cheating 😂😂😂

Hi @Alex. I just wanted to stop by and tell you that thanks to your videos showing me the Jobava London and Caro Khan I have made it to 1101! I am so happy. The games are often quite interesting and fun as I try to remember all the counter moves, and occasionally making some up, as my oponent's try and crush the Caro Khann. In fact, in the game that got me to 1101, I forked the opponent's Queen as he played black f6, e5, f5 w/ me countering dex5. Oh the joy as just a couple moves later he brought his queen out where I moved Nd5... he then sidestepped with Qe6... the smiles broke out as I recalled your comment in one of your previous videos... "Oh boy!".... hahaha Check... resign. Yessss!!!! Thanks for the great content and smiles... Next target up, 1200.

Unmatched perspicacity and sheer indefatigability from Banzea!

Alex, I can't begin to thank you for this unbelievable Jobava lesson. I have been playing the classical London for a few months with some success since many players of my rating seem to panic after D4. I can always tell because their reply usually takes more than 30 seconds. After going through these games with the Kc3 approach I have STUNNED opponents into resignation sometimes after just a few moves. It is an absolutely comfortable and solid system that packs a devastating attack especially if Black Castles King side. I would like to add that I thoroughly enjoy your sneaky sense of humor and i find myself laughing out loud at some of your quips. Keep up the great work and good luck in your future matches!!!👑

Another option to deal with bf4... If you can get your knight to e5 via f3, then you can push g4. Lots of players under 1000 miss the fact that the knight can capture backwards or that the queen is also covering g4. This is in the Daniel Naroditsky/Bortnyk Jobava course. Love the content Alex!

I finally got the jobaba queen "sacrifice" trick on D5 thanks to you. It was very satisfying as i ended up ahead a couple of pawns. Thanks for the videos!!!! I really like them, and your humor too.

This video is super useful to me. Very often I do face black's h5 move in this variation and I do get good games, but going forward will be looking for an opportunity to do that epic knight sac! 💪:_Speedrun:

Thanks Alex!. Excellent! Love the under-promotion to a Knight with a check and the special trap at the end of the video. When should we expect the course to be be released?
