The sport journalist should known better the names of the Pumas. Constantly they confused Agulla with the Contepomi brothers or Longo. Sometimes they were fumbling for words to fill the gapes not knowing what to say. Was very funny but not a surprise coming from the British to us. About the game, without a sure line-out and not a solid scrum but fighting every ball in the break down, in every maul that turned out in a very messy ruck and tackling very hard, Los Pumas won this game. Pichot was a nightmare for Inordoki, Hernandez distributed the game and those large kicks were a key. Felipe Contepomi tackled down even the Eiffel Tower and attacked the french defense all night long. Argentine forwards, my gosh they fought that cruel battle with everything. Gonzalo Longo what a quality player. All night going backwards and handled the base of the scrum professionally. Even being physically in disadvantage Argentina beat France in the Rugby World Cup in their house for the initial game and for the third place. None of us could believe it. Gotta say Argentina was very well prepared. They had a hard physical preparation in the US and arrived to the tournament in very good shape.
