I can't find a TPS (Throttle position sensor) that lasts I get about 200 miles on one and it quits. I don't buy off brands paid $149.00 at car quest last time. Would a Dodge OEM be worth the cost? Can't find one through Cummins. Ant thoughts on this? Dave M.

Great parts websites! I still can't find a window/lock switch cover on any site except eBay. Would like a new part if possible. Thanks!

As far as the "Charging" issue goes. I tried literally everything under the sun, heavy duty voltage regulator, triple grounds (2 for the VR and 1 for the battery), many different alternators and a relay set-up. All worked for a short time but ultimately failed for 2 reasons in my case. The wiring on my 91.5 is typical Mopar bad. Wire is too long and there's a voltage drop so alternator overcharges. "No Charge" issue would happen when the VR would fail from working too hard overcharging the battery. The other is Reman alternators with bad diode rectifiers. Tested half a dozen remans and none were within specs on acceptable a/c leakage. I fixed the issue by going with a 1-Wire alternator from PAperformance with a lifetime warranty. It was a little pricey, but I haven't been under the hood since then, at least for charging issues!! 😉😉😉 Another fine video, keep up the good work!!

Hello! Since starting on your "road to 600 hp", When you were at approx the 400 range, did you happen to check your mileage change/loss? I wouldn't mind getting in the approx 300+ hp range, but not at a big sacrifice of mileage from stock. I'm using it for an overland vehicle, and I'd rather stay slow and efficient, than more powerful, and give up a chunk of range. W/4:11 gears, G360 trans, 285 tires, and a camper, I get approx 15 mpg. (oddly enough, the mileage didn't change with the addition of the camper) Oh, and I do get MUCH better mileage when going slow. (The best so far was 24 mpg, while wandering around Death Valley at sub-35 mph) Any input on this, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, and best of luck with continued success on your channel!
  • Rock auto is the best period they dont add shipping into the price and add it to the end price.

  • @bcbloc02
You don’t know of anyone reproducing the ac lines do you? I need an inter cooled one compressor to cab but have not found one.
