In a stroke of pure luck, the first revenue train with CPKC's first locomotives in the new cooperate scheme would make a daytime run along the Mississippi River through Iowa. Come along as we follow this train from the Quad Cities to Dubuque!

Nice catches. In the future, people will get excited to see a CP or KCS unit still in their colors when the CPKC paint schemes get more common. It may be cool at first, but eventually it'll get common.

Lots of CPKC activity where I live..Dawn, Mo. They has a derailment and tore up miles of track, then while here they laid bigger rail and putting in a 2 mile siding Between Dawn and Chillicothe.

I realize that everyone has their opinion, though I think the new scheme looks good. It will be cool to see this paint spread through the system.
