Raisins are not recommended for diabetics! The amount of carbohydrates (especially fast carbohydrates) is excessive! The title of the video is misleading!

This is a healthy recipe, but I wouldn't use it to drop my sugar. Dried cranberries are preserved with sugar so not a good choice. Raisins have natural sugar and fiber. Dates and walnuts would be good additions. From USA

как диабетик со стажем говорю, что это рецепт вкусного блюда, но, ни в коем случае, не снижающего сахар. Наоборот, количество углеводов (причем быстрых углеводов) такое, что это даже вредно!!!! Прежде чем экспериментировать, почитайте про сахар в крови.

I would replace the cranberries and raisins with nuts, i believe cranberries and raisins can be harmful to your blood sugar. Love your recipes (Bahamas)🇧🇸🇧🇸
