The strike on Israel-annexed Golan Heights late Saturday that killed 12 children in a Druze village on the border with Lebanon appears to be a “misfire” from Hezbollah, ABC Correspondent Jordana Miller told FRANCE 24. “These are Arab citizens of Israel ... this puts Hezbollah in a very, very bad position because it’s going to feel that kind of pushback from the Lebanese and possibly those in the government,” Miller said.

    The Druze victims are not citizens of Israeli. Their village is on the illegally occupied Golan heights, and they consider themselves Syrians, not Israelis.

    Commenting on the incident, Ghaleb Saif, head of the Druze Initiative, stated that the missiles that fell on the Syrian Golan and Galilee were Israeli interceptor missiles, which often cause significant damage to property and lives. “Every day, we see how Iron Dome missiles miss their targets and end up falling on us,” Saif added. Not sure why this is not being reported

    This would all stop if there was a ceasefire in Gaza. But Netanyahu is too self servicing to allow that. It's up to the pathetic US to intervene, not with pleas to Israel but by withholding arms and funding to this pariah state, which is fast becoming the most hated nation on this planet!
