I love that you pride yourself on Customer service. It just means you value the people who buy from you. ❤

You have to keep in mind that the same customers can buy from you multiple times. To get them and give them out as gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, dates, start a collection and many other reasons and occasions. Don't limit yourself by saying that because some customers already bought from you before, they wont buy again. Your work is really beautiful and I'm glad it's going really well for you! <3

Hole punch the corner of your menu and put it on a badge reel that's attached to the display. They can pull it like two feet to look at but then it can't leave the table!

I just recently found your channel and I ABSALUTLY love your crochet flowers, I felt sad that you might end such a wonderful business because of its difficulty when the art pieces are this pretty. I have some suggestions that I hope would help your business and I hope this isn't too silly. I would really like to see your business continue and grow, but also for you to mantain your health, so I suggest eather hiring people to help you with it but if that's not possible then maybe selling your flowers to fashion brands or seamstress and tailers, or maybe even partnering with them, I could totally see your flowers being used On beautiful drsss pieces🌸 I hope you bisuness goes well and everything gets easier.
