"its a page in your book but it isnt the end" love this song

This song brings me hope that I'm not too far gone for God to still open his arms and welcome me home.
  • I haven't heard Christ in a few months, and I have been having bad nightmares and struggles. I have been feeling empty and human. I missed the God moments, and I felt that He was disappointed. I have been cussing and doing really awful things to myself and my friends. I felt sad with myself, but still unable to stop the flow of sin that came from me. I listened to this and a few other songs, and it has just brought Jesus back to me. I am 13, and I LOVE JESUS CHRIST MY LORD AND SAVIOR!!!

So this is kind of "The Prodigal Son" with the son that runs off and eventually comes home and the father greets him and claims the famous lines: "For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found."

In August of 2015 I was going through so much depression and refused that anyone wanted me or even knew how depressed I really was. I turned on the radio just to try to change my mood slightly but more happened I heard this song and it changed instantly. this song was part of my life and have me strength to keep going knowing that it is a page in my book and now I'm one summer out from graduating college. I just saw them at winter jam. everything God is doing with them is amazing and a blessing

"your father's not waiting he's running too, he's running to you." Gives me chills. How amazing is it that the king of the universe wants to have a relationship with each and every one of us
  • I recently came back to Christ after years of living my life chasing happiness and love in the wrong places and adamantly denying the existence of God. This song has so much meaning to me right now! Thank you so much for sharing it with me.
  • Where ever you are. Whatever you did. It's a page in book, but it isn't the end. Don't you forget in the places your weak, He is very strong. Don't ever believe you don't deserve love.

What a wonderful picture of God's love and grace!  Thanks for letting us share your new song... praying it reaches many a hurting heart and leads them home!
  • Whatever you did Wherever you are It's a page in your book But it isn't the end I normally don't listen to Christian music but I think God sent me to want to listen to this song. I did something really wrong (shocker as I've been suspended 6 times at my school this year alone) and I know it was wrong, I prayed so long and hard that whatever happened, he forgives me. This song really feels like it was God's response.

Such a powerful song!! Reminds me that my Father will always be there, mistake after mistake, He will still love me and that type of love we can't find in the world.
  • Dave Frey has the best voice! I cry when I hear this song because it speaks to me as a parent and as a prodigal.
  • @worshipsongs71
Such an uplifting and beautiful song! These guys are so cool! Love contemporary Christian music :)

I’ve heard this before and I’ve always loved the “it’s a page in your book but it isn’t the end” part. I decided to listen to it again and I definitely needed this. I was in tears! I’m so thankful that God will love me no matter what I’ve done or what I will do ❤️ Thank you so much for this song 😊
  • This group truly lives up to their name. The messages are truly meant to hear, and straight from the heart of the Father.
  • I have 2 prodigals that I love with all of my heart, and since God loves them more than I...I have hope. It's been tough letting them make their own choices, because no matter what age...you will always be our babies. But I was a prodigal as well, so young ones NEVER EVER think it's so bad that you cannot choose to come running like a prodigal. While parents will fail as we are human, our Loving God never will. We don't always get what we want, but He will always give us what we need. May all of you walk walk in the peace that comes from knowing Him, in a world that desperately needs Him.
  • God brought me to this song. I have a prodigal in the hospital tonight. My 19 year old son. Bring him back to You Jesus. Please ❤

I'm 12 years old, ever since I went to winter jam 2k16 in Pittsburgh, I've never been so close to God. My church is so surprise of how much I've help out recently. I guess I just have God to thank for that amazing 4 hours of my life @ winter jam
