You've opened my eyes to Stoic's voice recording haha. I've always been used to writing/typing things out when I used to journal more consistently, but I'll have to give the voice feature a shot and see if that works better for me!

I wouldn't give up on therapy all together. I recommend you try various different people too. Every therapist is different. So you have to try several before you find that hidden gem who will help you feel confident about yourself etc. I tried journaling in the past too but I did it with pen and paper. It felt like a chore I wasn't looking forward to doing it daily. π So I dropped it several times. Maybe I'm silly but once I started to decorate my pages. I actually liked it more. Lol this app sounds interesting though I might look into it. Sounds like something different to try! Thanks for the info.

It sounds like you didn't get matched with the right therapist. I have stress and anxiety and the woman I got matched with gives me a lot of advice and homework to help work through core issues. I ended up going to her private practice to save money since I liked her so much. I hope you find the right person for you and your needs!
