Greetings and long time no see! It's been more than a year since my last PMV, I really do hope this makes up for that heh :P
I have been a huge fan of Porter Robinson. Shelter has probably been my favourite song for the longest time even up until today. When I saw that he will be releasing a new album 'Nurture' this year after 6 years, I got super excited! Jack DC 93 and I have been discussing a lot about his songs and of course we both made PMVs of his new album. Go check out his PMV Get Your Wish, which is the first song of the album ( • Get Your Wish [PMV] ). Like many of Porter's songs, Something Comforting really spoke to me as someone that has many MANY experiences with anxiety and have friends who have it too.
Bringing this to Luster Dawn - whom many of us assume will be Twilight's successor, just like Twilight was to Celestia, I had a thought: "What if Luster... couldn't?". We saw at the end of The Last Problem that Luster has been sent off to make new friends, but how do we know if Luster just couldn't make friends or will not be as good as Twilight was? All these ideas eventually became this PMV. I really hope it's good heh.
I shared this idea I had with my friend Peacock Studios who wanted to make her own audio drama around Luster too, and so decided to take my PMV as inspiration. I have also been watching a few audio dramas now that the show has ended. It is always so cool to see so many young and talented creators coming together for a project like this and I am so proud to see the production of this audio drama ongoing.

With the little time Luster Dawn spent on the screen and the knowledge we have of her, you managed to give her personalities, build a story and emotion around her, I really appreciate it because it's not easy to make a pmv on a pony that doesn't have much appearance

Luster Dawn serves as a sort of comfort for me. I think Twilight is training her to be her Successor so she can give up her immortality to pass with her friends. I'm writing a fanfic on this.

Blown away. This was beautifully done, I have no idea how you pulled off some of those effects. But also it brought out Luster's emotions really well and I got the feels. You're one of the greats of the fandom. Brb gonna watch it again.

Luster, like two drops of water, is similar like Twilight and Starlight. Looking for the very ray of light that will provide her. Far from everyone, dreaming to impress her teachers, but always alone and closed because of her fears. One day a fate will give her a gift that she did not expect if she understands the meaning of friendship. Thank you daspacepony for this PMV! Okay okay WOW! so much going on here! First of all holy moly this is......a lot I could sit here and ramble on about how you gave Luster such an interesting backstory, and personality, and STORY in general and that's amazing in itself but THE PMV Holy cow is BEAUTIFUL the way it portrays Luster's fears, and pressure, and how she was really trying I wasn't expecting to get hit by truck today lol The piece of dialogue and the hug at the end was just The icing on THE CAKE UGH I love everything about this! NOT TO MENTION THE AUDIO DRAMA! So many exciting things I'm ecstatic!
