Omurice is a pretty simple dish that I really like.
I actually don't recommend making a tornado omelette unless you have a lot of eggs in your fridge lol. It's so much simple to make a regular omelette.
It does make a good thumbnail tho ahaha.
It's completely fine to skip the sauce as well.
Just make sure to add one more Tbsp of ketchup if you do :)
Ingredients:
Bowl of Rice x1, Beef (Any meat) x100g?, Garlic x2 Cloves, Onion (Small) x1/2, Carrot (Small) x1/2, Ketchup x5 Tbsp (or 2 Tbsp without the sauce), Soy Sauce x1 Tbsp, Oil x2.5 Tbsp, Salt x1/4 tsp, Black Pepper x? (sauce), Demi-glace x250ml (sauce), Water x250ml (sauce)

As a chef, I reckon a big contributing factor for the omelette falling apart would have been excess oil in the pan. When you make pancakes, that's usually a big factor when the first pancake gets all weird in the pan. A bit of paper towel can soak up the excess oil & also evenly disperse a thin layer of oil through the whole pan. Good to keep handy.
