This is an attempt to repair and ITEL taken for All State on Ms. Varghese's roof in Fairfax, VA, conducted on 6/3/22 at approximately 1:17pm.

A sample was taken and this video demonstrates that repairs aren't possible. Not only is the shingle size discontinued, but also the shingles are too brittle and were damaged during the course of the repair.

Repairs are NOT viable regardless of whether the shingle is discontinued.
