Switching moves at the Whippany Railway Museum with NJ Transit GP40PH-2 4109 5/19/24

After the last train ride arrived back in Whippany I watched the switching operations with 4109 doing all the switching with number 24 putting away the cabooses and the club cars before they leave town going back to Morristown and 4109 goes back in the service with NJ Transit eventually. The CNJ 175th birthday celebration at the Whippany Railway Museum has to be the most successful event this year hopefully more of these celebrations of the railroad’s of New Jersey will be celebrated here in Whippany again in the near future.
