Hey skip to the push ups for speed reps.

I could do pull ups after around 10 so I had to switch to chin ups.

My back and Biceps are too weak, due to lack of use in over 2 months. However, I continued to do pushups at home. Thus, mitigating muscle loss in the triceps!
