Well, there has to be some subconscious decision making when it comes to the transformations. Dr. Sterling caring about how people see her and her "status. Fiona literally having a man that's always there for her and literally supports her, saying yes to everything she says, arguably the "perfect man". I haven't seen Midst so this may already be obvious but still, this is fun.

I've watched all of Midst (and keep coming back to s2e6 'Tinderbox' over and over), and I still need more lore. Is the entirety of the cosmos in one giant crystalline ball? That ball being immensely and infathomably large, filled halfway with a soupy blackness of Fold? I NEED ANSWERS
