In this video I talk about what I got after spending over $460 on Amazon Ads in January. I also share some of the lessons I learned. All of this for Amazon Merch on Demand. If you want to learn more about Amazon Merch on Demand watch this video...https://youtu.be/5eD2Mbf3ze0

Thank you for showing your spreadsheet to analyze the data. That's going to be really helpful!!!!!
  • Great video concept, thanks for sharing how the campaigns performed. I typically do really low bids even for the few manual campaigns I do, because I don't want to spend time maintaining them (for FBA I spend a lot more though) 👌
  • I was looking forward to this video when you mentioned it previously I have never done an ad per shirt so I think I will give that go. I used to them by niche, 0.20 bid, downbid only but I never even noticed the section where you can break it down by ad target. Do you do any lottery ads? All asins in one campaign with a set bid of 0.05 or 0.10, or 0.15, or 0.20 - I have been messing with those this year and they have been profitable. (you can only ad 1000 asins at a time to the adgroup though so that can be annoying) I also tried sponsored brands which can be sort of hard setting them up as they have to be approved before they go live and they are strict on 400x400 px logo. They seem to get a lot of exposure and clicks so I am interested in fine tuning that.

Thank you so much for this. I’ve been curious but scared on jumping in on this feature because I just don’t want to mess up. So I appreciate you giving your insight into this.
  • @ProbuddhaNag
Super helpful, as always Juna. I group all product types of a design in one ad group. Do you keep all of them separate? What do you advise? Thanks
  • Juna, I am not on Amazon (MBA) yet, so have not looked into ads there yet, so am ignorant of how they work. I did watch this video, as I like how you (and Ryan) present tips and info. In a future video where you discuss ads on. Amazon, please explain what is meant by "bids" in that use or how to use "bids" in the ads on Amazon. That may be basic info (I don't know) and might help others too.

I noticed you created adds per design. Do you recommend that more than placing several designs under 1 campaign, maybe under varying add groups? For example, a few different fantasy football designs.
  • @finnfinnone
Tnx4sharing 👍 i miss your intro, so I watch an older video haha
  • Great video. That's a good information. If I could add just one thing it would be that people need to understand that when you do ads you are playing the long game. This means you are spending money to see results that will be more evident weeks or months down the line. If done right each month should build off of the other months. For example last month I spent a little over $400 and had about 4% profit from my ads. This month I spent so far about $1400 and have about 30% profit from ads.
  • @KasRizvi
Hi, Many thanks for another great video. Just a quick question please. On your ads campaign dashboard, the top line shows total orders for January. I do not have that total top line on my dashboard. Did I do something to remove it and how can I bring it back ? Many thanks and best regards
  • I am totally new.Did you have all the items; like Amazon Fba.Do you buy all this products up front?
  • Hello Juna. Can you please give an advice what to do if you’ve got rejected by march by Amazon? Thank you.
  • Do you put an ad on every variation of the design (v neck, premium, standard, hoodie, popsocket, etc.) or just on the products with a specific profit per sale? Thanks for all the great content, Juna!
  • Outstanding results, wish you all the best, Juna do you use software to manage your amazon ads? If so which one?
  • @Michael-zc3bi
I hate to bug you but I have a question about Amazon advertising. I’ve noticed there are times when there are sales indicated in the ad console and some of those sales are not reflected in the amazon Merch on Demand console. I sent a note to Amazon advertising and their response was “Please know that Amazon Advertising sales are not recorded the same way that Amazon Merch on Demand sales are recorded.” If that’s the case then how can you trust the metrics in the advertising sales console?

You should do a weekly community showcase for lower tier stores to receive some publicity and give honest critique from the art, product name, and description. just an idea, and it could also give a unique take when it comes to posting YouTube vids?
