The battery issue is not that big a deal nowadays. Battery technology is different and modern devices know how to manage a full charge better now. The only thing that really matters is leaving the device unused for months while it's at 100% charge or 0% charge. If you're going to use it every day, or every couple of days, it's completely okay to charge it to 100% now. Don't stress over battery too much.

The extension for glasses is also good if you find you get a lot of pressure on the bridge of your nose. I had this issue with quest 2 and 3 until I noticed you can change the distance to the lenses and now it's much more comfortable to wear.

Hi there! Thanks for the great tips! I have a quick questions and wondering if you could suggest a solution. I am using Quest 3. Most of my movies are in an external hard drive, when I am watching them, I cannot charge my VR headset at the same time since there is only one USB C port on the headset. Do you know some kind of adapter that would split the USB C port so I can have power and external hard drive connected? Thanks and keep up the great work!
