FA-26 QUICK START

- Canopy down
- Battery On
- APU On
- Wait for APU to reach full RPM
- Flip both safety covers on the engine toggles and spool both engines
- Wait for engines to finish spooling
- APU Off
- Check Wing Fold is OFF
- Flaps down if runway is short or if you're on the carrier
- Brake Lock Off
- Use low throttle input to taxi to where you would like to take off from
- Line up with runway, engage full brakes (Left hand trigger while holding throttle lever)
- Wait for engines to fully spool
- Release left hand trigger and begin accelerating
- Once speed reaches 180-200 mph, pull up lightly.
- Once you've lifted off, flip landing gear switch up, followed by flaps if you have used them.
- Enjoy your flight, avoid speeds lower than 175 mph or you may stall.
