"If you say 'use the good knife,' that means you got bad knives." That was simple, yet absolutely brilliant. 💯

This is a fantastic reminder that effective time management is about embracing simplicity and structure. Adopting these habits not only frees up our schedule but also liberates our mental space, allowing us to focus more on what truly matters.
  • Totally with you on the baby tip. After we had our son there's no more working into the night, no more work on weekends. We must delegate, automate or simpy say 'no' to some work.

This was honestly a great list, thanks for sharing. Especially the “don’t think just do” haha
  • When you put your laundry away put it away in “outfits” so you don’t have to think about it for the rest of the week
  • Wow! What a helpful habit list. I've seen so many "Helpful Daily Habits" videos but I think your video is the best. Especially the digital declutter. I don't think enought people talk about how much that can help. Thanks!

Great video! Thank you for posting 😊 Automating your life as much as possible is the key to floating through your day and minimising stress.

This is such a great video. I’ve watched a lot of others but you are straight to the point. There’s all these trendy things like minimalism, productivity systems. You basically just laid it out simply and way faster then all these other gurus who follow these trends

Betty you are fantastic! Great suggestions. I'm already successfully doing some of them. And I learnt many more with the rational that lays behind. Thanks! 🙂
  • For neurodivergent folks with executive function and working memory challenges, and even those with chonic illnesses, routines and doing things as soon as you think of them are not that simple or effective at all. Flexible systems work better than routines, such as having a bare minimum, typical, and maximim version of things to do on a regular basis. It can be far more draining for us to force action rather than putting the task in a "parking lot" list for later. These accomodations are a different version of the process you described that accomodate for varying abilities and energy levels. I appriciate the other tips!

One of the best videos on productivity I ever watched. Looking forward to more videos!
