This one is music only, so pump up the music and follow along! The steps are easy to follow and make the time fly by because you aren't just doing traditional walking. Get ready to torch calories and burn fat in a low intensity, low impact way!
In Walk Off Fat 4000 Steps is a fast-paced workout with 30 seconds per exercise to add a lot of variety. Parts of this will leave you a bit breathless, but don’t worry, there will be easier intervals too. It’s a super fun one!

This is indeed very heartwarming and very wonderful and very beautiful and the intro jumpscared me but it's fine anyway this brings back such great memories of when I use to be a 90s kid and an early 2000s kid and I am a new subscriber as well:).
