“Didn’t eject in time. Happens to the best of us.” Yeah. Once.
-
little do we know, he's operating a real jet remotely from his living room. Ender's Game style.
-
People like this man are the exact kind of people that need to be contacted by the game creators
-
If you observe his physical responses, his muscle memory simulates the Gs n' pullback of turns and thrusts. That fella right there melded with his craft so completely.
-
You know what makes this video great compared to other "real pilots"? You're having fun and not making excuses about controls/classified stuff.
-
You can tell he's a real pilot when you see him tilt his head as a Reflex whenever he moves the plane... His brain is expecting the G forces and moves his body unconsciously
-
you can tell from his head movements that this guy is a real pilot. muscle memory kicking in right there.
-
This guy needs a VR. Its so cool to see an actual combat fighter instinctively react by muscle memory.
-
watching your gameplay made it look so easy, yet listening to you explain what you were doing proved how complicated and skilled you are.
-
I’d have to imagine that after doing the real thing in real life that DCS is nothing more than a novelty to most former fighter pilots.
-
I feel like this would be incredible in VR
-
Love how casual you are while the dude your stalking is probably freaking out
-
it's helpful to see what you're doing with the throttle and your commentary, a lot of people don't say how they're managing speed
-
I love the way he intuitively explains everything.
-
Man his muscle memory and instincts are fully hard wired the way his head moves and cranes to look around the cockpit. Such a unique insight and so much fun to watch.
-
Watching a skilled pilot navigate a Sim is one of the best ways to learn.
-
I love how you point out the things missing from DCS you get in RL.
-
Watching professionals play video games about their profession never gets old.
-
I used to work on F-16s in AK when I was in the Air Force. I was a sheetmetal and corrosion guy. Had some good times and met some awesome people. The folks I worked with were top-notch maintainers. Miss them all.

This is awesome. I like hearing your thought process and relaying information while doing this. Like the bit around 1:10 where you said he possibly lost you and once he made a turn you called that he got eyes on you again.
