Of my four years in the US Navy, spent 3-1/2 years at sea aboard 2 destroyers. Best time of my life for a 19-year old guy from Raymondville, TX.

  • It’s not only the ship but the crew and captain that make the ship dangerous GO NAVY!

They come across to me as the most potent navy in the world . They really are a massive challenge for any navy that opposes them . And I’m an Englishman saying that . Would not want to be in a battle with them for sure .

The destroyer were originally developed in 1885 by Fernando Villaamil for the Spanish Navy.
  • I served as a Radarman and OS on two missile destroyers back between 69/73. One was a Farragut class, and the other was a Leahy class ship. Being in Ops division we were tactically aware of the Soviets capabilities, and I was sorry our ships didn't have any kind of over the horizon anti shipping capabilities even then. I think the Arleigh Burke class ships are absolutly awesome!

바다위에서 잠수함이 가진 힘을 낸다는게 멋지네요.거기에 하늘도 다닐수 있고 땅에 힘까지 네가지를 가진 배는 못본것 같아요.멋집니다.

It is WELL known that the Navy has the best chow. They're on that ship, far from home, and "comfort food" is the best.
