Marks speech got me choked up. I think the over arching message is, if you get invited to a NFL workout, reach back and bring a teammate with you because that same teammate might reach back for you 10 years down the road.

When you listen to Schlereth, you can understand why the 97-98 Broncos (B2B SB Champs) were so good. They had an entire roster of leaders like him. In fact if you study their roster, you'll see it was a team made up exclusively of un-drafted free agents, and low round draft picks. Elway was one of the only players on those teams who came into the league as a star. The rest of them had to fight just to make those championship teams. The rest is history.

Steve M. was the 49ers head Coach. Mark S. was a great player in the NFL. Prime always brings in people that have been there and done that. The kids today, take in information better from people that have put the work in.

Legends..and what an AMAZING true story from Mark Schlereth, if only we could all think like his friend Marvin did. WOW & it came full circle for Marvin, his friend remembered his selflessness and they won a Superbowl together because of it. WOW, blown away by that story. Everyone needs to hear it
