It’s always scary when a black woman is speaking softly
  • @Jay_Elyse
I love how she kept taking her glasses off whenever she knew she was about to read them for filth!!!! Very well-spoken and spoke nothing but her truth!

Who's here after the fact that she was correct about the discrimination against black woman in the Hollywood actors industry and she gave LENARD A HISTORY LESSON THANK YOU MONIQUE
  • This was 46 mins of Monique saying put some respect on my name.

Monique is a prime example of know your worth and don't let nobody tell you otherwise. She's elegant and full of class, and quite frankly she didn't even need to come on the breakfast club and talk about her worth or "justifying" why she values herself in that regard as Charlemagne kept asking. But I'm glad she did, as she gave us all an example of what bravery looks like
  • I’m here after seeing and hearing Taraji cry in the interview. She’s crying about being underpaid and working hard within her career. Now all of sudden people are supporting her. But when Monique first came out about discrimination, color bias and age bias… everyone shunned Monique. Now everyone saying that she was right all along.

Years later we have the Color Purple cast crying about money issues and getting mistreated...oh Mo was absolutely right about it all
  • @ObeyAmmalol
Mo’nique was talking to Charlamagne like the calm a mother has before she gives her kid a whooping

It's so bizzare to me how everyone forgets that Monique is an Oscar winning actress.

Monique never changed her story, she was so consistent and never gave up. Good on her. People didn’t listen to her then, but she never gave up, what a strong 💪 woman .

Monique is 100% real to the core. As a woman of color, I admire her strength and perseverance! The way she checked charmalayne 😅 Auntie Monique!!!!

That fact that she was right all along and is coming out with her Netflix special is a full circle moment.
  • @jaydaalexa
It was Monique facing and looking Lanard dead in his face for me 😭😭😭
  • @Xoxsanih
I came back to this after seeing Taraji interview about the devaluation of black actresses!
  • I'm confused as to how some of these people in the comments were so confused as to what Monique was saying 5 yrs ago, now all of a sudden they comprehend it so well. 😄
  • @ReallyMontana
Charlemagne wasn't Charlemagne that day... He was Leonard 😂😂😂
  • @chelciaevans237
She said "daddy should I start or you" 😂😂 they came ready
  • @BautistaSara075
It was WRONG to give Monique, the label "Donkey of the day" she deserves the BEST thank you, Monique for being so inspiring. We need to speak up for whats right!
