If there are gag orders in place, then it should be for everyone involved in the case, not just for Trump. If Stormy and Cohen make public statements against Trump then Trump has the right to respond and the 1st amendment right to speak publicly.

A dear friend of mine was a criminal defense attorney. He would ask one question of potential jurors. "Does your vehicle have bumper-stickers?" If they replied YES, he would disqualify them. Makes perfect sense.
