  • the books “can you see me” and “do you know me” are about and written by a girl who’s autistic and she talks about pda in both books

I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome and Panic Disorder by a general psychiatrist yesterday. I just forget demands unless they are cemented into my routine, I'm not sure if that's PDA or not. I definitely do other things that are PDA related though.

This rings soon many bells for me but I was almost sure I have dependent personality disorder which would seem contradictory to this.. maybe what that dependent thing is is really the clinginess to certain people that's described here?

PDA by PDAers Compliled by Sally Cat is a great book when someone wants to understand more what PDA is about. I am not sure if this book helps allistic people 🤷‍♂. I loved to read it but warning: IT is a thick book 👀
