Ryan and Sarah are torn between renovating their flawed “flipped” home or moving to a new property close to downtown. With Hilary tackling the renovation challenges and David presenting new home options, the couple faces a tough choice. Will they love their newly transformed home, or will they list it for a fresh start elsewhere?

When a house no longer feels like home, homeowners are left with a big financial and emotional question: renovate or sell it? Love It or List It helps fed-up homeowners decide. In each hour-long episode Realtor David Visentin and designer Hilary Farr compete for the homeowners' final decision to stay or go. David's insider perspective on the real estate market helps target listings to prospective buyers, but Hilary is determined to show homeowners that, within their budget, she can transform their worn-out house into a castle they can love. If the owners decide to list it, Hilary's hard work adds to the home's resale value. It's a tough decision either way. Which choice would you make?

  • Ladies and Gentlemen, In case you haven’t noticed, EVERYTHING has gone up in price, including the cost of home renovation. I’m sure you noticed a lot of the plumbing, electrical, wiring, etc that went into the overall design of the master bathroom, dual closet space , guest bedroom, and office space. Add bedding, refinishing the floors, access, permits, and paying the construction crew and VOILA! 75k COME AND GONE! The proposal at the end, definitely caught me by surprise. I was sure that they were already married.!

That's why he stayed! Had to pay for that beautiful ring❤ Love this!

Awe...she looks like Christina Grimmie. Glad they stayed, it's a big house to grow into for sure.

That list is about 275,000 at least. The engagement at the end with all the hard work Hillary put in made me feel good for the rest of my day. ❤ I love this show.

HGTV calling all people who have no idea what things cost!!
  • Dropping that toilet out of the window was the stupidest move ever! I have scars and nerve damage from picking up broken porcelain.
  • I thought they were already married. I'm not "playing house" moving into a house and not be married. The way Sarah talked I thought they were already married. I think it was corny for him to propose on the show. LOL I want a real romantic candlelight dinner but hey he is a guy! I'm happy for them all the same. At least he's serious about her and will no longer be using her.

The love it house is magnificent, and would have been even more so had they been able to redo the main floor
  • @samsuperman1988
I bet that was the only time that David was ok with losing, lol.
