Published 2024-05-09
A wonderful day finding old treasures and stepping back to a simpler time while uncovering the things left behind by Americans long ago! I had another amazing time out Finding America while using my new Minelab Manticore and the M8 coil.

  • Greg, I hear you on stepping back and going to a location of peace and tranquility. Loved all of your unique finds including another ring and a silver Rosie. The Ford electrical item was my favorite. Best wishes to you.👍👏😀

I almost laughed out loud when I saw that one woman's hat in the first train photo! Imagine, going in to the hat shop, sitting down to try on hats, & falling in love with THAT ONE! And, the designer who decided that it was going to be a style someone would love! Mind-boggling!---I almost expected you to say that Timex was still capable of working again...remember their slogan?! "Takes a lickin' & keeps on tickin'"!---I love finding out about birds in other parts of the country, & that one singing over your head was driving me nuts, wanting you to tell me what kind it was!---Hmm, those women in long skirts on the hill side, harvesting something? Prepping for something?
  • Let’s go let’s go treasure and adventure ✌️❤️🇺🇸👵🎉🌺🌎

Great Hunt. The Wildroot is a hair cream/ Hair tonic from early 1900's and is still sold today I believe. I remember it well because my dad used it.
