Chandni Raat has multiple interpretations. For us, it represented the longing we had for each other. We kept whispering to each other, "Is this really happening?" We are so so grateful to be able to share this moment with our friends and family at the right time. I was nervous about ballroom dancing for the first time; Dev was nervous about dancing in general. Within the limited time we had to prepare everything for this wedding (I don't generally hand the planning to anyone else but my friends are absolutely wonderful for helping out in every way), we could barely practice without one of us getting annoyed. More than practice, we watched youtube videos for "inspiration" (particularly Livio & Carina) for a simpler version of their steps. But it all came together. In our minds and in that moment, it all came together beautifully.
