Israeli officials have sent Hamas what they are calling a 'last chance' for any sort of truce. Hamas officials say they are reviewing the terms. This comes just days after the Palestinian militant group said any truce in Gaza would require a five year cease-fire. LiveNOW's Josh Breslow speaks with Mark Chandler, Director of Government Relations and professor of practice at Coastal Carolina University and former senior defense intelligence official, on the likelihood of the two sides reaching a deal.
