i’m working at the rooftop bar and sometimes i can choose the music. this is what i played yesterday and so many people came up to me asking about the set

3am, writing a college essay with this set is just another level

The first track came on and I knew I would be locked in for the full set. So good

I'm very envious of anyone who can mix vinyl so seamlessly on just a simple set-up (no waveforms to look at, no software to read the bpm). It's a real skill!

I started to listen to this as background music while I do homework, but instead I've been watching her hand movements, how she cues to the next track, how to sync them, and so on. One day I'll be a DJ myself!
