If Walt Disney was alive he would be very proud :')

I literally cried.... Mr. Disney would be proud! ;)

Some people may mock the song but you can't sing it without a smile

I was one of the Cast Members on the train in the Disneyland portion ;) It was really awesome to be part of the celebration - especially since my grandfather was an electrician on the build of this attraction at the Park in 1965, after it was shipped West from the World's Fair in New York. I had my grandpa's photo pinned inside my tee shirt as I rode on the train and sang the theme song during the broadcast... finally living my dream of being a Disney Cast Member, because of the small world my grandpa opened up to me as a child. <3 He and my uncle also built Pirates, Haunted Mansion, Great Moments with Mr Lincoln, Carousel of Progress, and The Tiki Room... it's an honor to be part of a family legacy like that.

This was my Dad's favorite part of Disney.  He walked around the house for years singing this song until his creator took him home.  You can bet he's up there singing along today!!!!  I love and miss you, Dad.

So glad the original New York ride is preserved at Disneyland in California. Still a must see on every trip.

Sitting here at my computer desk, 10 years old singing along and thinking about all of the happy memories i have had on that ride.

I watched this this morning and it helped me start the day. I told my dad it was time for a Disney vacation. Happy Birthday "it's a small world"!!!

I love this song. Its impossible to not smile on this ride. If you didnt smile, then I'm impressed tbh.

Those Dolls those kids are holding are just so cute.

When the Sherman brothers wrote this song I bet they had no idea it would be sang around the world 50 years later! What an incredible achievement for them and for the entire Walt Disney Company. Simply amazing!  

Oh disneyland! How do I love you and it's a small world. Riding it as a child I loved it and now I get to make wonderful memories riding it with my 3 beautiful children.

I might have teared up at the ending.

This is a Small World after all. This was so beautiful and had me in tears. I miss going to Disneyland!!! Happy 50th Anniversary "it a small world"

I love this ride so much!! It reminds us that kids are the feature of this world and we have to help them become good citizens of this planet
