WOWZA! Great recipe indeed. I'm the cook in our home. My wife and I met when I was 72, two years after my wife of 49 years passed away (Leukemia). After we dated for awhile she asked me two questions: "How old are you?" I told her 72 (8 years her senior). She paused a minute and then asked "Do you cook?" Note, not Can but Do you cook. I "sorta" lied and said yes. Because I could cook she gave me a pass on the age bit. Been cooking ever since and love it. Her first husband told her as a very young bride that she could not cook anywhere as good as his mother. Griped about her cooking for about a week, then she said "Okay, you are now the cook!"
