I've been on the Internet my whole life and I've never heard of this game and my roommate just got me into it, I just got a new PC and started playing yesterday. I'm glad I found a nice channel like your's, keep up the great content
  • I’m obsessed with Eve right now. Working on my skills so I comfortably complete L4 missions in my ship I can barely afford lol

I've spent so many years in EvE Online's universe playing in various corporations over the years, fighting for huge alliances covering vast swathes of null sec. I've ran numerous hunting parties and fought in massive wars involving many 1000's of people, nothing can replicate the feeling this game gave me but I won't be coming back. I don't regret the time I invested into the game but I had to put real life first, quitting EvE Online is one of the hardest things I've had to do and I truly miss it. The game is awesome.
  • while in gate cloak you can overheat your MWD, then break gate cloak and cloak again, then activate the already overheated MWD and you get one MWD cycle so you can go far with it since it's a frigate
  • On my second lvl 1 Enforser Agent Mission I was blown up by several destroyers and frigates. I had Punisher, with 2 armour repair modules equipped. This ship helped me to complete 99% of the Sisters of Eve campaign. So, it wasn't a bad ship. And I didn't last even 10 seconds. I repeat, it was a lvl 1 Enforser Agen Mission. In a 0.9 system.
  • Really good overview video. I started playing in 2006, but haven't played for at least 7-8 years now.... tempted to maybe give it a go again, casually
  • I stopped playing after over 20 years of EvE online. I might come back someday but Ive done all there is to do in EvE. I do recommend this game to anyone.

Just watching the intro. I'm a bit of a long time player. Hoping to find my fun in New Eden again <3
  • joining a corp is the best move a player can make. There are new bro friendly ones, low sec, & nullsec. Some have entry requirements, but there are corps for everything(pvp, mining, hauling, trading, etc)

As for now having the free to play solution as an alpha is a good game to play , although for an old player its very restricting if u cant go omega fast ( having 80mil sp and using only a piece of them , its fun fun situation while farming lvl 3's )
  • some of the best times ive had in game is doing what you where doing. dodging bubbles in a clokey
  • I've never had luck in null sec. So much more fun in High sec. I can play whenever I want in high sec. In 0.0, I had to wait until my corp was online or stay hidden at the base. What's the fun in that? I can easily make money in high sec. I can easily buy ships for mining or mission running.

I like to only use one character as well. I do have two alts that have PI set up and enough skills to do daily opportunity stuff.
  • Wonderful break down of the game. I just started year #2 every time I think I will get bored... I start a new project or a new goal. First it was a mining barge (I started out mining) then an exhumer now I am in a nullsec corp... so I am working on combat. Now i have a Marauder... working on saving for my next project.... A Dreadnought!

If this clip came around 11 days ago (according to YouTube -upload timer counter) I've watched than... Completely forgot I did... clicked it again... Am watching it again... Still good clip. I really liked your initial story. Thing is ~I don`t have the time (or the nerves possibly, if the time) to enjoy EvE... I know I can go with few hours per day if I optimize... But I don`t like Optimizing in games... I like ~spilling my time around on my own leisure and to do that in EvE you need tons of time... Even than... if I had tons of time ~which as a poor person that have to work to live I don`t... I'd always want larger, flashier ship (going as far as playing with rolled parts, if that is still a thing... you know... not the default good ones, but rolled to even better ~fit whatever I want it to fit for literal 1 out of 1 ship...) Imagine me doing something stupid on that ship... I definitely wouldn`t like the result. I do at the moment (even if I haven`t logged them for a while) a few faction battle ships which are very dork and on Alpha Skill level (which is very restraining), but the thing is hour per hour on ~limited time there are multiple games that offer way, way, way, way, way more. I know EvE offers a lot as well but it a lot to make use of it as well... not everyone have that much. I can conclude that this just clip is ~wrongly appealing to me. It appeals me because I see and understand what you are showing and like it... but it`s just not within my gaming capabilities.

I loved eve played a few years mainly just learning ship tech tried to get back into it but honestly sucked coming back jumped out a few gates get sniped by a billion miles away by some group in a top tier ship who's gate camping with his buddies would have loved an offline mode 😅
