Hi, just a little tip use a handheld gas blow torch and go over the chicken or any meat and it will give it a lovely char and tastes like its just off the bbq and there is need need to sear it, I sous vide loads almost every day before i go to work 🍻🙏

Yo bro my wife and I love your channel as a matter of fact your catch phrase in the beginning is what we say to each other when either of us are making an epic meal LOL we love your channel and we love your personality and moreover we love the recipes you cook you do a great job conveying exactly what you're doing and how it should turn out!
  • @tanvav
TY Doug! Love what you made in your new gadget Yummy!

Thank you so much for doing this vid. Your chicken looks yummy! I've been doing sous vide for a few years and love it, but I use an Anova Sous Vide wand. I'm also a huge Ninja fan and have so many of their appliances. I've been looking at this cooker for a little while now but was on the fence about the purchase. I couldn't convince myself to purchase such an expensive slow cooker. I loved the fact it has so many cooking options, but I really didn't know if I'd use it as a sous vide. I've been looking for videos where people use the sous vide option and have found very few, especially ones that walk you through the steps - until your vid. Your chicken looks phenomenal! And I bet it tastes just as good as my Anova sous vide chicken. I've crossed the fence now and plan to purchase one of these cookers. Thank you for taking us step by step!

I have been doing sous vide cooking for a few years. I bought the Ninja Possible Pro last month. Enjoying the countertop convenience of it’s multiple functions. Happy to see your demo of sous vide. Will definitely give it a go. Was curious how much evaporation would happen on a long cook with the vented hole in the lid?

Thank you for this recipe! I can’t seem to find any Ninja Foodi Possible Cooker Pro recipe videos here on YouTube. Please keep doing more!
  • @Cmon_Nah123
You’re the only one doing recipes for this. I’m getting mine delivered today. Please keep doing recipes cuz there’s not really any on YouTube. Can I do a one pot rice dish with it?
  • Thank you Doug. Just ordered mine from HSN. It will be here in about a week. This chicken and the lasagna recipe will be the first things I try.😊

You have now introduced me to another Mc Cormick Seasoning. I will look for it in the grocery store. The Himalaya one is my go to for almost everything at this point. I am not cooking tonight because of my crave for a Wendy's Frosty. But some chicken will be great for Sunday's Dinner. 😊

After seeing your video, I will use the sous vide to cook my steaks. Can’t wait to try this. Thank you.
