I work in a supermarket and I've literally seen kids stealing this drink because they know they won't get served for it at the checkout. That's the problem with this drink, it's target audience is young muppets that can't even legally buy it!

I'm two months into drinking only water and I have way more energy than when I used caffeine in any form. All of this junk can stay gone. Also saves a lot of money.

I really like your calm approach to debunking stuff. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

As someone who can’t even have coffee after 12:00pm without irritating my insomnia I have no idea why I’m watching this video, but it’s awesome and thanks for the info 😂
  • Love your vids James keep up the great work and thank you for being a reliable source on info
  • @facelessfettle
Brilliant explanation and loving all the visuals too but I’m sure with the price of a Prime drink that stack you had in front of you was a small fortune but loving the dedication to the videos will definitely keep watching.

A video about nootropics would be great to see! There’s so many out there now and a million different “nootropic coffees.” Would love to see your honest assessment of what (if any) are worthwhile. Keep killing it, mate! 🙏

From my understanding, companies that sell canned pre workout drinks that put other ingredients in like beta-alanine are only able to put in smallish doses because it's hard to suspend high amounts of other ingredients into a canned drink without it then settling at the bottom or becoming grainy and gross, which then makes the efficacy of the doses basically negligible. Although the convenience and taste of canned pre workout drinks probably makes them suitable for those who aren't needing all the extra stuff and just want an energy kick.

Coffee for breakfast crew, where you at? 🙌🔥☕

I used to drink 1-1.2g of caffeine (2-3x coffee, 2-3monster energy and pre workout) per day (100kg, 6ft 2). Then wondered why my sleep was fcked, my bowels were in pieces and I was stressed and anxious and even developed a severe facial twitch. I don’t drink caffeine at all anymore. My focus is so much better, brain fog is much less, sleep is fking wonderful. Ditch it altogether. And after a while you start to have the same energy and focus you did when you were a kid.
  • @Massen.
I don’t consume anything in my day with caffeine and I get to work and I’m the most energetic and lively from start to finish. I’m staying well clear of all of it

Any chance on a video about notropics? Big fan of your videos, it’s something I want to learn more about and would definitely take it in better with you explaining it
