i love "at this point in the broadcast" segments!!
  • Man, those technical issues are really bad, not only forcing them to air the segment, but also upload it to their youtube channel. Must be a Windows 10 thing.

"'this is nothing to worry about' he said of the clearly worrisome thing" is such a mood

The people who write this could write a book in the style of Hitchhikers Guide and it would be amazing.

Now that you mention it she did say something about some dude named Seth...

The part where a guy named “gym” got me thinking what my brother said to me back in the day. I asked him what his cute friend’s name was he said Jim. I then asked for his last name he said Nasium. I was 12 and very naive and I believed him. 😜

Seth hates Jim and gym, loves gin.

I really, really hope someone on staff with Late Night With Seth Meyers reads this. It's meant to radiate high praise and gratitude, and I wish it lifts the spirits of any/all employees. Here we go: It's late-night TV shows' segments like this clip (which had kinda vanished for a while from all the late-night shows under the decision/dedication to predominantly cover the dumpster fire of current American politics) that I now realize I had been subconsciously yearning for, and mourning the loss of, over the last few years! Wow! This clip reminds me of the nonsense skits on Conan O'Brien and The Daily Show back in the early 2000s which had equal time dedicated to them alongside covering the [different in tone] trainwreck of the Bush years of 2000-2007. It's just... wow. I'm grateful. Stuff like this and Colbert's "Meanwhile" bits on the late-night shows give me a sense of normalcy and balance. These, I'll call them "Return to Basics", skits in late-night shows give me a feeling of reprieve which I'm now realizing I thought I'd lost forever. Thank you folks! It's all deeply appreciated by this 30-something Minnesotan. Keep up the good work! Kudos!

This is Seth's best video ever. I laughed so much I had to pause it, then kept laughing anyway until I got a cramp. Only the pain and lack of oxygen brought me down again.

"This is nothing to worry about," he said of the clearly worrisome thing. "It happens to everyone sometimes", he said of the thing that happens to no one, ever.
