never understood why they didnt release this song officially, this song is such a hype-me-up kind of song. i showed this to friends and they went and sought out the MP3, they couldnt find a good quality one though at the time.

Dude, this is such a unique take on a song. In terms of what a mental breakdown would sound like in song form, this is by far the absolute best example of it. You can just feel the raw emotion the more it descends into madness. I’m sure everyone has related to this song in one way or another, the way this song makes you feel like everything around you is overwhelming and crashing down around you… it’s literally so amazing how this song replicates that feeling. Trying to tell yourself that everything is OK and that, well, “I’m the shit”. I love how it ends with the song breaking and ending on that calmer note. I don’t quite know how I interpret the ending of this song yet, but I’ve literally listened to this song so many times at this point… so who knows. The 2D part is catchy as all hell, gets stuck in my head all the damn time. Andre 3000 though, he made this song his BITCH. It started with 2D, and ENDED with Andre. Absolutely underrated Gorillaz song and I love it so much. A bop throughout and it means a lot to me. 9/10
