Bro seemed pretty handy with the powder and a credit card
  • The only disappointing part was when he didn't try to turn a nut with the glue-wrench
  • Holy cow, it's been a long time since I saw a lifehack video with actual lifehacks in it

I’ve been doing this for a while. Be aware. It gets VERY hot as it cures.I was kind of holding the edge of something I was making with my finger and burned myself pretty badly!

Nice to see super glue actually working.
  • Can I just say first of all WOW, thank you so much for these tutorial videos. I am on my way to building my first house using baking soda and super glue. So much more cheaper than bricks!!

This is brilliant. The amount of times I've wanted to fix something small and made out of plastic and super glue alone didn't cut it.
  • You know you've hit hard times when ur replacing the other half of your pegs πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

learned about this 30 years ago when a guy at a hobby shop helped me attach my RC antenna holder to the car frame. That thing NEVER came off! Pretty impressive how the two react. Baking soda turns it into SUPER DUPER glue! πŸ€“

What I found most practical for me is reinforcing repair of plastics like in the case of the broken knob. The stripped screw trick was pretty good, too. Thanks!
  • @DIYDumpRat
That rounded out screw head fix was brilliant! Ill definitely be using that 😁
  • Man I used that screw repair trick on some old seized furniture and it worked like a charm. Finally a hack I can be proud of lol
  • @ArchangelExile
My dude used super glue and baking soda as a ground for an electrical plug...
  • Like a foundry equivalent to 3D printing! Pretty impressive.

I can think of many times this hack would have done the trick. Wow I will never forget this. THANKS!

Didn't know the baking soda would act as a bonding agent with super glue. Thanks for the video!
