Under Allan Lichtman’s “keys” model, Democrats would have to lose three more keys in order for him to predict a Kamala Harris loss. But he says that’s not likely to happen. Lichtman, a highly regarded history professor at American University who boasts a 90% accuracy record in predicting presidential election outcomes, joins "CUOMO" to discuss.

I disagree with one of Allan lichtmann's 13 keys. With Kamala Harris's elevation to candidate for president the Biden retains the incumbency key. Theoretically and practically presidency remains with the democrats. Harris directly inherits biden's presidential policy agenda and records. This is solidified by his endorsement of Harris.
