  • Below ground is best. No accidents. No congestion. No divided neighborhoods. No loss of aesthetic qualities. No pollution. People mover.
  • Itā€™s over 2 years later, this project was handled by the most incompetent team ever assembled. Bankrupt most of the Business on the streets from being closed down. Iā€™m used to seeing underground trains construction even many times bigger then this in China and Japan be done in a mater of months. What a laughing stock of the world. Except for the individuals pocketing the tax payer money. My in-laws from Shanghai came back to San Francisco two years later, they could no believe a small project like this was still being worked on. LOL šŸ˜‚. My in-laws said in their country, the person responsible and maybe whole family would disappear. We need this kind of thinking here in the USA.

It's 2021 and this is not up and running yet?? Why is it taking so much time and money for this short extension?? This is shameful and embarrassing!
  • @brandonskiz2193
Itā€™s 2021 and this station causes so much traffic on the weekends cause of all the construction
  • The best thing San Francisco could have done to alleviate traffic. The original line up market is fine. But North beach and the marina has always been underserved. Busses wonā€™t cut it. Too much traffic.

Now, has anyone checked to see if this is another reason the Millennium Tower is tilting?

"It is what it is..." You just have to groan when you hear a politician say this.
  • @Enigmatism415
This whole project will have been well worthwhile IF they bring the line to Fisherman's Wharf/Pier 39. That's as far as the (T) needs to go.
  • @TheCloakedTiger
Iā€™m ready for this! It will be amazing! And how about extending it to crisy fields? Thereā€™s a hidden tunnel there and a old trolly track route...
  • @jaymeez
Subway system has been needed long ago
  • @whocares397
they can afford a new subway but not getting the drug users out of there stations or new homless shelters and programs nice to know were the gov stands on that ^_-
  • @CyberOfficer
    Itā€™s 2021 and still not opened ā€œ98% completeā€

Misleading title. Progress is being made on San Francisco's central homeless shelter/drug market tunnel. Have you even been to a BART station in the last decade? Hint: bring armed security with you.
  • @JamesC696
Mayor Mark Farrell ??? Who's that?
  • @temich1985
Every respectable city has a subway system, the gridlock in SF is a total nightmare! Stop relying on roads already, its such an obsolete way of moving
  • @723lion
35 years old "new" system in a 150 years old city, all homeless and drugaddict are welcome to stay inside for free.
