Suzuki drz400 rebuild

Published 2023-03-19
This is the full Indepth engine rebuild an assembly video of my drz400s, this also applies to the ltz400 dvx400 an kfx400 four wheelers they are the same engine. Also most all four stroke atv an dirt bike engines work the same, use my video an your service manual for what ever model you have, they all basically are the same other then the different tolerances on things. enjoy an please subscribe an hit the bell for future videos, thanks for watching!

Very good instructional video. Works for my KFX400 engine too.

I know a lot of people are advocates for pressing bearings in. But I for one think that it’s best to use the hot/cold method because I can count a few cases where that has gone horribly wrong while using the press properly, cases warp/broken from pressing bearings in. Nevertheless thank you for the video!
  • amazing video by far one of the best videos ive seen on breaking down an engine. thank you.
