Can you really carbonate fruit? Absolutely. We figured out a simple way to carbonate everything from cucumbers to watermelon. And all it took was some dry ice, patience, and a LOT of fruit, but ultimately, it actually worked. I've heard the term 'fizzy fruit' before, but we took it to a whole new level.

I remember when a friend of mine’s mom would make fizzy grapes for every party in third grade. She would just put dry ice and grapes in a styrofoam box and leave them overnight. They would be fizzy when you bite into them, tastes like grape soda and it’s super cool! Definitely recommend trying it out!
  • “You know what I associate cucumbers with” “Dill sauce!” They had us in the first half not gonna lie

For anyone wondering, he had to keep his windows down because the dry ice releases Carbon Dioxide. Too much inhalation can lead to Carbon Dioxide Poisoning which in turn can lead to death. Its not a painful death though, I think you just fall asleep and never wake up.

There is only so many foods that you can carbonate but Nick somehow finds a way to do more.
  • This might be one of the few food vids i might do seeing as all it requires is a cooler plastic wrap and dry ice rather than several hundred dollars worth of equipment. Def looked awesome
