У меня было такое! Ключ выбрал- не помогло! Нажал на тормоз. Включил 5-ую передачу и отпускал медленно сцепление. На дизеле было аж 7000 об.мин. На Ford Sierra 1.8 tdi был тахометр до 7000 об/мин.

Press the clutch, put in the highest gear, press brake, dump the clutch. If you have automatic gearbox... get out and make a video! 😅

Just stuff the air intake with a large cloth like a coat, so the engine runs out of air and eventually chokes.

Astra h 1.7 turbo seal blew did the same 2nd gear stall...but by then it was too late.
